Monthly free prize draw for people registering with Pedal Peak District

  1. To enter into the monthly free prize draw to win a bike you must register to take part in the Challenge for Change survey by filling in a Pedal Peak District registration card or online at www.pedalpeakdistrict.co.uk between Thursday 1 April 2010 and Sunday 31 October 2010.
  2. By registering you are agreeing to
  3. a) being entered into a monthly prize draw to win a bike,

    b) for your contact details to be entered into the Challenge for Change national survey about cycling habits,

    c) your participation in the survey e.g. responding to a few short surveys sent to you during the survey period Thursday 1 April 2010 and Sunday 31 October 2010.

  4. Registration for this draw via www.pedalpeakdistrict.co.uk closes at 11:59pm on Sunday 31 October 2010. Late entries will not be accepted.
  5. Challenge for Change and the Peak District National Park Authority shall not be held responsible for any late, incomplete, corrupted or incorrect registrations as a result of any software or hardware failure, or otherwise.
  6. This free prize draw is open to all UK residents who have returned a Pedal Peak District registration card, excluding employees and their immediate families of Challenge for Change, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion i.e. employees, members, volunteers, and their immediate families of the Peak District National Park Authority.
  7. The prize in the monthly prize draw is either an adult Claude Butler bicycle or a child’s Falcon bike, worth up to £300 in either case. There will be one prize and one winner only every month, the winner to have the choice of an adult bike or a child’s bike.
  8. Participants can only win one bike throughout the draw period.
  9. To claim the prize, proof of identity may be required.
  10. The Peak District National Park Authority will draw the prize winners at random on or before the 30th day of the month from all participants that have registered prior to the closing date. Winners will be notified by email.
  11. There will be seven draws in all from April to October 2010.
  12. The Peak District National Park Authority’s decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  13. In registering, participants consent to their names being published if they win.
  14. Prize winners will be notified directly and the names will be published on the website www.peakdistrict.gov.uk/cycle . Winners name and hometown will be made available for a period of four weeks following the draw.
  15. No cash or other prize alternative is available.
  16. The prize winners may be asked to participate in non-paid publicity resulting from the draw and photographs may be used for publicity purposes.
  17. The Peak District National Park Authority reserves the right to substitute the prize for any prize of an equal or greater value in the event of circumstances beyond its control.

Survey Free Prize Draw - Terms and Conditions

  1. Everyone who completes a Challenge for Change survey by Sunday 31 October 2010 will go into the free prize draw for one of three £40 M&S vouchers.
  2. Challenge for Change will draw the prize winners at random on or before Monday 15 November 2010.
  3. Prize winners will be notified by Monday 15 November 2010.
  4. All prizes will be sent by Monday 22 November 2010. Challenge for Change will not accept liability for items lost in the post.
  5. The survey is open to the people who took part in the 2010 Pedal Peak District cycle challenge baseline survey on the Pedal Peak District website (www.pedalpeakdistrict.co.uk) and who are UK residents.
  6. The free prize draw is open to all UK residents who have returned a Pedal Peak District registration card, excluding employees and their immediate families of Challenge for Change, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion i.e. employees, members, volunteers, and their immediate families of the Peak District National Park Authority.
  7. No purchase necessary.
  8. Challenge for Change's decision is final and binding, no correspondence shall be entered into.

Cinema Ticket Vouchers - Terms and Conditions

  1. There are 200 cinema ticket vouchers available. The vouchers, one per winner, will be given out to 200 people, picked at random, who meet the terms and conditions outlined below.
  2. The vouchers will be given out to two types of people;
    a) people who haven't ridden a bike in over a year who ride for at least 10 minutes during the Challenge period (Thursday 1 April 2010 and Sunday 31 October 2010) and indicate on their log trip form the person who encouraged them to cycle, and
    b) people who encourage people to ride a bike who haven't been on a bike in over a year who ride for at least 10 minutes during the Challenge period and indicate on their log trip form the person who encouraged them to cycle.
  3. Challenge for Change will draw the prize winners at random between 31 October and 4 November 2010.
  4. This free prize draw is open to all UK residents who have returned a Pedal Peak District registration card, excluding employees and their immediate families of Challenge for Change, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion i.e. employees, members, volunteers, and their immediate families of the Peak District National Park Authority.
  5. The vouchers are redeemable at any Cineworld Cinema in the UK (except for Cineworld Cinemas in the West End of London).
  6. No cash or other prize alternatives are available.
  7. Cinema Ticket receivers will be notified by email and a list of people who have earned a ticket will be published on this website www.pedalpeakdistrict.co.uk.
  8. Cinema Tickets will be sent to the eligible people by Friday 5 November 2010. Challenge for Change will not accpet liability for items lost in the post.
  9. The prize winners may be asked to participate in non-paid publicity resulting from the draw and photographs may be used for publicity purposes.

Spot Prize Draw - Terms and Conditions

  1. To enter into the spot prize draw you must either complete and send in the Pedal Peak District registration card or register online at www.pedalpeakdistrict.co.uk. Upon registration or return of the registration card you will automatically be entered into the prize draw.
  2. Registration for this competition via www.pedalpeakdistrict.co.uk closes at 11:59pm on Sunday 31 October 2010. Late entries will not be accepted.
  3. Challenge for Change and the Peak District National Park Authority shall not be held responsible for any late, incomplete, corrupted or incorrect registrations as a result of any postal delay, software or hardware failure, or otherwise.
  4. This free prize draw is open to all UK residents who have returned a Pedal Peak District registration card, excluding employees and their immediate families of Challenge for Change, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion i.e. employees, members, volunteers, and their immediate families of the Peak District National Park Authority.
