Glennis, 60 from Dronfield, plucked up the courage to come on one of our leisurely bike rides aimed at new or returning cyclists. The next day she e-mailed us: "Just to say I really enjoyed the cycle ride yesterday, I was delighted it came back, my biggest fear was that since I have been a vertigo sufferer I might have had a balance problem." Well done Glennis - come again and keep it up!

After signing up for Pedal Peak District on the website www.pedalpeakdistrict.co.uk Ros won the Claud Butler mountain bike. Roz is planning on donating the bike to her husband, so they can enjoy bike rides together this summer.

Philip, Philroy and Andre thought their ride round the dams was "pretty good." Once heading for home they got a little competitive with each other and were arguing over who the winner was! They loved being in the outdoors and can't wait to come back again.
